I went in hoping to have a fun day, but the staff really took away from the experience. A few of them were short with us and seemed annoyed just because we asked simple questions. I get that everyone has busy or stressful days, but treating customers like they’re a bother just isn’t right. It didn’t feel welcoming at all, and it left a bad impression.

Tickets and food added up real quick, it just didn’t feel worth the cash. The place was fine, nothing terrible, but for what we paid? Nah. We left feeling like we got charged way too much for a average time

It was an okay place overall, but for what I usually expect at this price, the ride options felt limited. We did a couple of slides and felt like we had already seen most of what there was to do. I think it needs more attractions or at least something a bit different to make it feel worth the visit

We went to Shipwreck Island recently, and I don’t know, maybe I just caught things at a weird time, but the lifeguards didn’t seem to be watching as closely as I expected. A few of them looked kind of bored or were talking while there were kids running around everywhere. I’m not saying nothing was being done, and maybe there was more going on than I could see, but it definitely made me uneasy. Probably wouldn’t hurry back.

I got impatient with how poorly maintained everything was. The bathrooms were gross, and there seemed to be broken stuff all over the place. It just felt like nobody was keeping up with it.

It was way too crowded. I basically spent the whole day waiting around, and even after checking my email receipt to make sure I had the right time, it still felt like nothing was moving. Frustrating experience

Parking wasn’t awful, but it filled up quickly when we got there. I had to circle around for a bit, and we ended up parking farther back than I expected, which gets annoying fast when you’re carrying bags and dealing with kids.

Getting around was kind of hit or miss too. Some paths were easy enough, but then you’d hit a tighter area or a spot where it wasn’t super clear where to go next. Overall, we still had an okay day, I just wish getting in and out had been a little less of a hassle.

We had a good time at the park overall, but the bathrooms and picnic tables were gross. I tried to be patient and just deal with it, but it’s annoying when you feel like you have to force yourself to overlook basic cleanliness stuff just to enjoy the day.

The drinks were cold and totally fine, but the food was average. It wasn’t bad if you just need a quick bite, but nothing I’d really go out of my way for. Also, having to deal with repeated verification was kind of frustrating and made the whole experience feel more annoying than it needed to be.

We went in expecting a fun family outing, especially since it seemed like the kind of place that would work for kids of different ages. But quickly, it felt like it was really more suited for older kids and teens, and my younger ones just weren’t comfortable.

A few areas were super crowded and loud, so it was hard to relax or even keep everyone together without feeling on edge. After a while, I started to feel like the place had been made to sound more family-friendly than it actually was, which made me trust the whole experience a lot less.
The staff wasn’t rude or anything, but when we asked basic questions, they didn’t really help much either. For what we paid, I expected things to be easier and less stressful with younger kids. We ended up leaving earlier than planned and probably wouldn’t go back until the kids are much older.
